Day 4

Starting a diet is easy.
Starting a diet and losing weight is easy... at first.
Restarting a diet after losing weight due to regaining weight: difficult as hell!

Yep. This where I'm currently at: starting over. I have 100 pounds to lose, and it really is work in progress. I have to constantly remind myself to think before I eat. In essence, I need to reformat my mind. I hope being faithful to this journal will assist in accomplishing just that.

So Day 4. I'm now closer to Day 7 than I am to Day 1.

It's a good beginning.
