Day 10.

Well, tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm very excited. I sure do hope it's in the 3-4 pound range. I got an excellent workout at the gym this morning. I did 65 minutes on the Adaptive Motion Trainer (AMT) and burned 1100 calories. That's not even the special part of the workout though - 30 minutes into my session, I start sprinting like a madwoman. I couldn't believe how fast I was actually working my arms and legs. It felt wonderful.

I've been pretty lazy with my blog. I should give some sort of background story on my struggle with obesity, but I'm not feeling ready to do that yet. Not here anyway. Maybe after tomorrow's weigh in I'll feel up to it.
